Who is James Levine?

James Levine

James Levine (b. 1943- ) made his debut with the Metropolitan Opera in 1971 and went on to become it's first Artistic Director in 1986. In 2002 he was named Principal Conductor and Music Director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, suceeding Seiji Ozawa.
